Shipping

CURRENT SHIPPING TIMES: Items ordered and paid for will ship after 2–5 business days, with the exception of our cupcake bath bombs (10 days). We ship through USPS and FedEx. After leaving our facility you can expect your order within 2–5 business days. You will receive an email notification from us that contains tracking information once your order has been shipped.
 

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: SoapyBliss currently only ships within the United States.  If you have a custom request, please contact us directly.

Refunds and Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.

We will, however replace any damaged product within three days upon receiving. Please send us an email (info@soapybliss.com) with any concerns about your purchase.
